The Higher Education Center (HEC) is a unique collaboration between Rogue Community College (RCC) and Southern Oregon University (SOU).

One exceptional building has classrooms for freshman straight out of high school, adults completing degrees, and business professionals taking graduate and business courses.

Moh Keed Wong reads from her book To My Heart with Smiles about the lives of her grandparents from courtship through separation because of studies, work, and war as re-enacted through a collection of Chinese love letters. Her book has been developed as part of a series on Singapore television and also into a play.
