Student and AdvisorAcademic advising is available to all students attending the HEC. Academic advising provides students with the information and advice they need to create an educational plan that leads to success.

Our academic advisors give students the information and advice they need for a successful education. This means they help you with the enrollment process, class selection and scheduling, major identification, transfer requirements -- and they teach you to monitor your progress toward your degree. Our advisors not only provide academic assistance, they serve as mentors and resources in your field of study.

If you have not decided on a degree or certificate, career counseling and assistance is available to help you declare a major that's right for you. Remember, if you do not plan to pursue a degree or certificate, you are NOT eligible for financial aid.
